What to expect:

  • To start, book a free introductory meeting with Kathy to discuss your needs, our approach and how we can help.  If at that point we feel that we are a good match to work together, we then work out your personalized package together, based on your practices needs and budget.

  • Packages are based on an estimation of 12 months’ of support

  • The exact amount of time that it takes for you to consume the services within your support package can vary.   Depending on how quickly or slowly your clinic progresses, the package may last you more or less than 12 months. 

  • This allows you and your team to progress at your own pace and not have to worry about paying for services that you did not use at the end of 12 months.


A typical package includes:

  • One in-clinic visit (usually one full day) ever 3 months

  • This visit often includes

  • one-on-one coaching session with individuals

  • A team presentation

  • A management debrief meeting

  • Monthly follow up sessions via telephone or Zoom


Once your signed contract and payment has been received your first clinic visit and monthly follow ups are scheduled.


Payment Options:

  • Pay for your package outright

  • Payment Plan of 12 equal monthly payments.  A $120.00+HST service fee will apply to this option


Payment types accepted:

  • Business cheque - 4% discount will apply when paying via cheque

  • 12 post-dated cheques must be received before commencement contract

  • Visa and MasterCard
